I went to see Warren on two different occasions for acupuncture. They were both for strained muscles. Usually when I would have a strained muscle it would take 3 days to get my freedom of movement back. 

When I went to see Warren he asked questions about the nature of the pain.  He asked where the pain was and then asked me to move different muscles so he could figure out what other sets of muscles were related to the strain. He manipulated the needles till he released the tightness. 

I felt better right away and by the next day my freedom of movement had returned. I was surprise on how well it worked - it was a cool experience.

Acupuncture was definitely not on my to do list. But after several trips to the family doctor, ear nose and throat specialist, blood work, cat scan with no relief if sight from the daily dizziness (vertigo) I had to do something.
My fiancé suggested acupuncture as a possibility. Well, I do not like needles but gave it some serious consideration. I did my homework to find someone I would trust with a good track record. Warren Miles came highly recommended. I made the appointment.

I was so nervous I almost canceled. So glad that I didn't give in to fear of the unknown. Warren has such a wonderful professional manner that I was able to calm down and relax almost instantly - I was impressed, the hour went by so quickly. I felt confident that acupuncture was going to work for me.

My second visit, a few days later, went very well. The day after my second visit I prepared for bed knowing that the minute my head hit the pillow the room will spin for a few seconds and then stop. That didn't happen - no dizziness! The next morning when I woke up - I always get dizzy upon sitting up, again, no dizziness! That night I was excited to go to bed just to feel normal without the room spinning - Again - No dizziness! Next morning - No dizziness! The Vertigo is gone! And after only 2 visits. I was thrilled to have my life back without spinning.

Another good thing happened, my sinuses cleared up.

I kept my third visit with Warren and told him the good news. He was so happy for me. During that session I was so relaxed and into my body I actually fell asleep!

It has been over a week now and I'm feeling fantastic - thanks to Warren. I will without a doubt recommend Warren Miles to everyone I know.

As you know I had a car accident in June, 2007. Before coming to you I was treated by 2 chiropractors and one medical doctor, but nothing worked. Massage alleviated the tension temporarily, but it always returned.

After just a few visits with you, I feel less tension and I’m in less pain than before. I want to continue treatment with you because you are the only one that has helped me reduce the pain and stiffness from the accident.

I’ve been meaning to email you to thank you again for curing my ear buzzing and dizziness. The dizziness is completely gone and I have only heard the buzzing a few times since October 14th!  The click sounds are much less frequent and I hope will eventually fade. 
 
I have already recommended acupuncture to someone with Tinnitus issues (he lives in Maryland). The ENT gave him a steroid spray and told him it would take several months to heal. I hope he tries acupuncture. I suffered for 4 months, trying steroid spray for a month before seeing you and was healed after 5 visits.
