I’m a Lehigh Valley Licensed and Board Certified Acupuncturist.

I received a Master Science in Acupuncture (MSAC) from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City. In addition I have training in Janet Travell’s trigger-point techniques which is a highly successful western therapy developed in the United States.

I am also a Certified Rolfer since 1992, from the Rolf Institute Of Structural Integration of Colorado, and a Pilates instructor with many hours of personalized and group instruction with many teachers over the years. Including Master teacher Karen Carlson here in Allentown in the 90's and in Philadelphia being the most noteworthy.

I opened the first Pilates studio here in the Lehigh Valley area over twelve years ago, and have many years of experience and depth of biomechanics.
